Northpeak sells scheduling software to field-service companies. Its two account executives were prospecting themselves, mostly in English, and Québec accounts rarely answered.
The challenge
- No dedicated outbound function, and an English-only playbook
- Québec — half of the target market — converting at a third of the Ontario rate
- No shared definition of a qualified meeting
What we did
We placed two bilingual SDRs on the account and rebuilt the sequences from scratch: French-first for Québec, English for the rest of Canada. Every meeting was qualified on BANT before it reached the calendar, and logged in HubSpot with notes.
- 1,200 decision-makers researched and verified
- Calls, email and LinkedIn in a 14-day cadence
- Weekly report on replies, meetings and show rate by language
Results
Within one quarter, Northpeak's pipeline grew 2.4× and Québec became its best-converting region.
Bilingual coverage wasn't a nice extra — it opened half of the market.
Our account executives finally spend their week in demos, not chasing replies — in both languages.
